My plan is to post some daily AG problems from various sources, although they will mainly be from Hartshorne, Beauville’s Complex Algebraic Surfaces, Fulton’s Introduction to Toric Varieties, and Kollár’s Exercises in Birational Geometry of Algebraic Varieties. I wanted to begin this series for several reasons: to give myself extra motivation and accountability in doing algebraic geometry related problems, to practice writing math in latex, and to possibly help others who are working on similar problems. There will most definitely be many mistakes and errors in these solutions, as they are mainly here to help me practice and improve my algebraic geometry. Please don’t hesitate to post a comment or email me if you see something incorrect or a solution that could be made more concise/elegant. I am always more than happy to hear feedback and constructive criticism; these are the main things that help me improve! Also, if you have a cool suggestion for a problem, I would love to hear about it. The notations tab details the notation I plan to use (e.g. what I mean when I say surface, variety, etc).
